Locate and Select the SanDisk Security application.THE DRIVE WILL NEED TO BE ERASED BEFORE IT CAN BE USED AGAIN. If you forget the password, you will not be able to access the data that is on the drive or write new data to it. IMPORTANT: The SanDisk Security software uses the password to electronically lock and unlock the drive. Safe Eject and disconnect the drive is necessary to ensure the drive is locked and secure. External Drives may remain unlocked when the USB process is suspended.
